Created sunset inspired dango in collaboration with Paulaner Sunset, finished with a vibrant glaze made from their signature soda. This playful confection brought together the colorful brightness of the beverage with the traditional charm of Japanese dango. Also featured was an original mango sticky rice mochi wrapped in pandan leaf. A Thailand inspired twist on Japan’s sakura mochi that blended tropical flavors with delicate wagashi craftsmanship.
